Established by Nate Sweeney (SAGE) and added to the National Day Registry by Chase Brexton Health Care\, it’s a time for storytelling\, community building\, and reflecting on the progress and needs of the elder LGBTQ+ community \n#LGBTElders \n#LGBTeldersday
