Trans Awareness Month is celebrated every November to educate about transgender and non-binary people, raise visibility, and advocate for their rights, culminating in the solemn Transgender Day of Remembrance (TDOR) on November 20th, honoring those lost to anti-trans violence, with the week prior designated as Trans Awareness Week (Nov 13-19). It’s a time for community building, learning, and confronting discrimination with facts and advocacy, especially given rising anti-trans legislation.
