Shift Details
- Time: 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM
- Check-in: Please arrive by 5:45 PM at the Volunteer Station to receive your name tag and final location briefing.
- Vibe Check: Be welcoming, use inclusive language, and help every guest feel celebrated!
Station Assignments
Upon arrival, you will be assigned to one of the following zones:
| Station | Key Responsibilities |
| Dance Floor Supervision | Keep the energy up! Monitor for safety, ensure the floor stays clear of spills, and encourage everyone to bust a move. |
| Food Area | Help guests find snacks/drinks, assist with serving, and keep the tables tidy so the lounge stays inviting. |
| Activity Lounge | Oversee low-sensory or craft activities. This is a space for guests who need a break from the loud music to chill and create. |
| Photo Booth Lounge | Help guests with props, manage the queue, and offer to snap photos for groups so everyone gets to be in the shot! |
| Museum (1st Floor) | Act as a guide/monitor for the first-floor exhibits. Ensure guests are respecting the art while enjoying the unique atmosphere. |
| Museum (2nd Floor) | Monitor the upstairs galleries. Keep traffic flowing and ensure guests stay within the designated event boundaries. |
| Drag Queen Liaison | Assist our performers with their needs (water, snacks, or navigating the crowd) and help with anything they may need. |
Quick Tips for Success
- Safety & Inclusion: If you see anyone looking overwhelmed or if a conflict arises, notify a Lead Organizer or Security immediately.
- Know the Layout: Familiarize yourself with the nearest gender-neutral restrooms and water stations.
- Have Fun: Your energy sets the tone! Feel free to dress up, be your authentic self, and enjoy the celebration while you work.

If you have the energy to keep the party going or want to see the event from a different perspective, we’d love to have you for multiple shifts!
Whether you want to start early with the 4 PM – 6 PM crew and stay for the 10 PM cleanup, or mix and match different stations, the more the merrier.

- Stay Flexible: If you’re already on-site and realize you’re not ready for the night to end, check in with the Volunteer Lead at the check-in desk to see if we can plug you in for an extra hour!
