Time: 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Check-in: Please arrive at 4pm at the main entrance to receive your station assignment.
Decor Transformation: Setting up photo backdrops, and arranging table center pieces.
Setting up the “Activity Zone” with seating and materials for guests at the activities area.
Signage: Placing directional signs (Restrooms, Food, Refreshments, Activities).
Lifting: Bins, setting up chairs and tables.
Food Station: Assisting with the layout of food.
What to Bring/Wear
Clothing: Wear comfortable clothes you can move in.
All volunteers are subject to a quick criminal background check.

If you have the energy to keep the party going or want to see the event from a different perspective, we’d love to have you for multiple shifts!
Whether you want to start early with the 4 PM – 6 PM crew and stay for the 10 PM cleanup, or mix and match different stations, the more the merrier.

- Check the Portal: Head back to our main volunteer page to see which time slots still have openings.
- Stay Flexible: If you’re already on-site and realize you’re not ready for the night to end, check in with the Volunteer Lead at the check-in desk to see if we can plug you in for an extra hour!
